Waverly Acres is a deed-restricted subdivision and aviation community located 4 miles east of Interstate 45 (opens map), about halfway between Conroe and Huntsville, Texas. We have underground electric and city water, though wells are permitted. The heart of the community is the well-maintained 4100′ ×125’ turf runway.
Waverly Acres POA is a community-directed association of Waverly Acres property owners, with regular annual meetings, whose purpose is to maintain a high level of value to the property owner through careful use of POA fees. Primary examples are:
- Runway maintenance and improvement
- Fire ant mitigation
All aspects of this website are non-commercial and are centered around the needs of our property owners.
