Saturday, November 23, 2024, from 8:30am to 10am, HOA Election Meeting.  All property owners are invited to attend.  It will be held in the New Waverly Library’s community room, which is on the south end of the building.  Remember: ONLY the first 2 rows next to Hwy. 75 are available for the public to use for parking.  There is also the use of the half-circle in front of the building (just not right in front of the door).  

Friday, August 30, 2024 at 10:00 AM — Board Meeting.  All property owners are invited to attend.  It will be held in the New Waverly Library’s community room, which is on the south end of the building.  There will be a Q and A session at the end.  It will also be recorded and available on the web-site a.s.a.p after the meeting.
