Rules for commenting on blog posts

Only registered users on this site can comment on blog posts.  For anyone that wants to comment, please note that ALL posts are vetted prior to being published.  Any post that contains or implies any personal attacks, or includes any degrading content with respect to religious, political, racial or sexual content, any language inappropriate to public discussion, or any content that may be construed to violate community, county, state or federal  laws, will not be published.   There is a strict “no bullying” policy.  If a comment is found to not follow these guidelines, the author will be contacted, the offending portions of the message will be identified and the author will be given one chance to remove anything specified.

• Current WA property owner (yes/no).  If ‘yes’, then the address of the property
